The long history began in Woolwich Arsenal in 1886. This year, the London club's official stand 125 years. Arsenal also make a special costume to welcome the celebration. As reported by Sportsmail, the Gunners have released a costume that will be wearing next season.

Arsenal released a new costume for the upcoming 2011-2012 season. Costume special welcome home celebration of 125 years of the founding of the Gunners. Still dominated by red color with white sleeves typical of Arsenal, is a bit impressive retro costume like that worn the Gunners in the 1970s. One model for the new costume Arsenal left-back this is the origin Pancis, Gael Clichy.

What is interesting is the "new logo" Arsenal with an additional 15 leaves of laurel on the left and right of the club logo which symbolizes the founder of Arsenal's 15 people in the early formation of the club, based in North London was 125 years ago. According to the Daily Mail, bay leaf on the left and right of the logo also symbolizes the strength of Arsenal.

Below the logos have the word "Forward" which became the first motto of Arsenal, and the date of the founding of the club from 1886 to 2011 on the left and right.

On the back of the shirt neck in writing the word "Arsenal" while behind the logo on the front is written "Victoria Concordia Crescit", the slogan of Arsenal in the Latin meaning "Victory Through Harmony". This slogan has been used at Arsenal's old costumes from years 1949 to 2002.
